Who is Saja El Masri? Saja El Masri is the founder of Health Kit. She was born in Beirut, Lebanon. She is a passionate dietitian who is an advocate of a healthy lifestyle. Saja graduated from the American University of Beirut (AUB) with a BSC in Nutrition and Dietetics and from Shaw Academy with a Diploma in Sports & Exercise Nutrition in 2016. Saja has been working in Lebanon and Dubai since 2016, focusing on women’s hormonal health, sports nutrition, post-bariatric surgeries, and managing health conditions. “For years I’ve been meeting different types of people with different goals and lifestyles, and I've learned that each person's "healthy lifestyle" definition differs.”
